01 Definitions and Interpretations

In these terms and conditions, the following words will be used with the meanings given below:

• "jetea9" or "Platform" — The jetea9.lat website and all related services, offerings and applications.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered with jetea9 or is using the platform.
• "Account" — A user's personal registered profile on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional funds, free spins or other rewards given by jetea9.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The amount that must be wagered before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• "Deposit" and "Withdrawal" — The process of adding funds to an account and taking funds out of an account.

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility Conditions

To open an account and use the services on jetea9, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the stated age requirement.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one single account. If an attempt is made to open multiple accounts by the same person, jetea9 reserves the right to suspend or close all such accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, address, payment details — must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jetea9 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport or other valid document may be requested before processing a withdrawal or awarding a large bonus. Failure to complete identity verification may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

03 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account, even if a third party uses it.

• Never share your account access details with anyone else.
• Use a strong and unique password.
• If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, inform the jetea9 support team immediately.
• jetea9 will not be liable if suspicious activity is not reported in a timely manner.

04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at jetea9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). jetea9 does not accept deposits made in a third party's name — deposits must come from the account holder's own name and payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours, though delays may occur if identity verification has not been completed. Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used to deposit into the account.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is considered fraudulent, unlawful or disputed by a bank or payment provider, jetea9 reserves the right to cancel that transaction, suspend the account and notify the relevant authorities.

05 Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. This requirement may be calculated across both the deposit and bonus combined — check the details of each individual bonus separately.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry, wagering requirement and eligibility conditions.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household, device or IP address is not permitted.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or bonus hunting is found, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.
• jetea9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

06 VIP Program

The jetea9 VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher tier is possible through regular gaming activity. jetea9 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits, and members will be informed of any such changes in a timely manner.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetea9 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse, collaborative betting or using game strategies to circumvent bonus terms.
• Using fraudulent or stolen payment methods on an account.
• Accessing the platform using hacking, bots or automation software.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party under any circumstances.

08 Privacy and Data Protection
